Client praise for our Kidderminster Grounds Maintenance Division

An email received this evening…

Dear Sirs,

I had the good fortune to meet a couple of your employees this afternoon, who were carrying out hedge maintenance for Severn Trent Water at Eastwood Road, Shrewsbury.

An overgrown Laurel has become way too big over the years and when I approached your chaps to ask if they could lop the top of the hedge, they were extremely helpful and friendly but said they had not been instructed to do so. They said they would ask if they could lop it.

Five minutes later I had a knock at the door saying they could indeed give it a chop and we had a chat about the height. 

I just want to drop you a line to say thanks and to highlight what great chaps you have working for you! They didn’t have to do any of it, if anything I caused them more work! I hope you buy them a pint, they deserve it.
