Working in partnership with Dalcour Maclaren

Our Warwickshire depot recently worked with Dalcour Maclaren to help repair damage caused to a Severn Trent Water customer’s garden. The damage was caused by a burst water main. The customer was delighted with the work done and the speed of the work completion. We are particularly aware that such incidents have to be handled with care, tact and with focus on the satisfaction of the customer and we were pleased with the outcome achieved by our operatives under our manager, Ian Wright.
